Ken brings Symphony over 15 years of experience growing and scaling major B2B enterprise businesses from early stages to high-performing, mature organizations. He previously served as the Chief Customer Officer and VP of Product at Medallia, a global leader in big data/customer experience management. Ken was an early member of the team at Financial Engines, where he held the roles of VP Product, EVP Marketing, and GM. He was instrumental in leading the company to a successful IPO in 2010 (FNGN).
Prior experience also includes time with the US Navy, and as an associate with Goldman Sachs. Kens holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and MS in Systems Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute, and an MBA from Stanford, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
