I have street credibility in startups - multi-billion dollar corporations and venture-backed transactions from newco formation to billion-dollar exits.  That wisdom, tenacity and direct approach channeled in my working 1:1 with CEOs is powerful.  I enjoy meeting CEOs where they are. Truly, the topics and the needs are unique to the individual and company they lead.

Capitalizing on a 30-year career of diverse experiences, I actively divide my time between board governance and advising high-performing venture-backed CEOs. Over my career I've had the opportunity to lead, invest in and govern great businesses to great outcomes. Coaching provides me with an opportunity to bring my passion for impact and process to seeking CEOs. My favorite part is the ah-ha moment either in a new way of thinking or doing.

Leveraging a diverse portfolio of 25+ board appointments, I currently serve as an Independent Board Director for the several privately held companies; About, AVIO, BrainCheck and Paytient. Additionally, I lend governance expertise and passion to a variety of non-profit organizations, investment funds, and a carefully curated cohort of venture-backed CEOs.
