I am affectionally referred to as “Big Sister” by the 10X CEO® coaches as I attend a majority of the 10X CEO® group meetings, meet every program participant, and review all program documents in real-time, which enables me to uniquely provide feedback, process development, and dissemination of findings and best practices across the 10X CEO® network. I manage special projects, research and collect benchmarking data, and coordinate the 10X CEO® internal community network. I also coordinate our CEO 360 process and Working Genius assessments.
